Dr. Howard Gordon has been caring for families’ oral health in Westchester County for close to three decades, and has been in practice for 38 years. He has a passion and delight for dentistry that is so genuine, that he continues to adopt new technologies designed to minimize intervention and optimize care, and to study and master new techniques. A graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry in 1979, where he was a member of the oral surgery honor society, Dr. Gordon is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Association, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has continued to deepen his expertise with residencies in Restorative Implant Dentistry and Dental Sleep Medicine. He is also an elite provider of Invisalign Orthodontic treatment. A resident of Rye Brook, New York, Dr. Gordon and his wife raised their two daughters here in Westchester County. His eldest, Jolene, caught her father’s love of the profession. Dr. Laurence Schimmel joined our practice in 2015 to provide general orthodontic treatment to our patients. He earned his D.D.S at New York University College of Dentistry, where he was a member of O.K.U, the national dental honor society. He received his certificate in orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center, where he was a member of the Montefiore craniofacial team. In addition, Dr. Schimmel has had extensive training in orthognathic surgery cases. Dr. Schimmel is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is constantly taking continuing education course to keep up with the rapid advancements in the field.
